PerfectServe sits in a peculiar niche: clinical communication and collaboration.

Put simply, PerfectServe makes a secure communication app that allows doctors, nurses and other members of care teams to quickly and efficiently communicate with one another without exposing protected health information, or PHI. It’s HIPAA compliant, and about one in ten physicians in the United States uses PerfectServe.

At PerfectServe, I’ve created a new content strategy that builds a strong inbound foundation with well-researched blog posts that help establish PerfectServe as a thought leader — not just a company that sells software to hospitals, health systems and physician practices.

In addition to establishing a content calendar, I’ve also worked with a great team of marketers to build pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and Bing, HTML emails, email nurture campaigns, trade show collateral and more.
